Driving to and from The Glades
The Glades at Byford estate is only 35 minutes to both Perth city and Perth Airport, and links to other major centres through the Tonkin Highway, just five minutes away, and the Kwinana Freeway, fifteen minutes away.
Planning is currently underway for the Main Roads Tonkin Highway extension. The preliminary plans include:
- Upgraded intersection at Thomas Road & Tonkin Highway
- New intersection at Orton Road (providing direct access to The Glades)
- Approximately 14kms of four lane dual carriageway
Closer to home, you’re only a few minutes from the historic town of Byford with a huge variety of essential services including supermarkets, shops, schools, childcare, medical facilities, and sports clubs.
Plus, a short drive away from The Glades is the scenic Serpentine Valley that’s home to popular restaurants, wineries, cafés, art galleries, picnic spots, bushwalks and the Serpentine National Park.
